Refund & Return Policy

Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake or damage to your order.

If something’s wrong with your order

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or includes incorrect details (like a wrong name, time, or broken frame), we’ll make it right.

Just send us a message within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement right away. You don’t need to ship anything back.

If you change your mind

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Order changes or cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make edits.
