"The design was great. But for $250 I thought it was come in glare proof glass. It’s hard to hang in an office where we can’t control the lighting. Also, there was a disclaimer I didn’t notice before about it not being endorsed by the military. Like we need that on a piece of art? Seemed silly. Otherwise it arrived in good condition and looks good overall. Just would have liked it better if we had a few changes."

The packaging was very professional with heavy duty bubble (large) bubble wrapping, plastic corner savers/coverings, shrink wrap, to protect every angle from damage. (Kudos also to Amazon delivery for the special handling and delivery. ) Matt was very responsive during the design process and gave me several options to choose from. During the holidays, orders will be delivered within 10-12 business days. Normally, orders are delivered in 7-9 days.
Yes, if you order before the race and we'll wait to process the order until the official results are reported (typically the day of the race or the next day).
If you ran one of the races in previous years, simply add the year you ran the race to the Personalization box and we will use that years time, weather and date. Example, you ran Marine Corps Marathon in 2023. Enter "Mark Heckman 2023" in the Personalization box for the Marine Corps Marathon print.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or includes incorrect details (like a wrong name, time, or broken frame), we’ll make it right.

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement right away. You don’t need to ship anything back.
Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake or damage to your order.
Simply leave the words "NO TIME" after your name in the Personalization field and we will take the time off your poster.
If you want your watch time instead of official time, please leave the time you want listed after your name in the Personalization field.
If we get the name, time, or bib wrong-we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked.
It depends on the race. For some races we have a separate design for the half-marathon. If you don't see a product photo for a half-marathon option, we likely don't have it. DM us @trackstar_art on Instagram to confirm.
Shipping is FREE on all US orders over $100. Otherwise, it'll be $7. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
