FAQ
When will I get my order?
During the holidays, orders will be delivered within 10-12 business days. Normally, orders are delivered in 7-9 days.
Can I order before the race happens?
Yes, if you order before the race and we'll wait to process the order until the official results are reported (typically the day of the race or the next day).
Do you have past year versions of your designs?
If you ran one of the races in previous years, simply add the year you ran the race to the Personalization box and we will use that years time, weather and date. Example, you ran Marine Corps Marathon in 2023. Enter "Mark Heckman 2023" in the Personalization box for the Marine Corps Marathon print.
What is the return & refund policy?
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or includes incorrect details (like a wrong name, time, or broken frame), we’ll make it right.
Just send us an email here within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Your order number
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement right away. You don’t need to ship anything back.
Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake or damage to your order.
What if I don't want my time on it?
Simply leave the words "NO TIME" after your name in the Personalization field and we will take the time off your poster.
If you want your watch time instead of official time, please leave the time you want listed after your name in the Personalization field.
What happens if something is spelled wrong?
If we get the name, time, or bib wrong-we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked.
Do you have an option for the half marathon?
It depends on the race. For some races we have a separate design for the half-marathon. If you don't see a product photo for a half-marathon option, we likely don't have it. DM us @trackstar_art on Instagram to confirm.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all US orders over $100. Otherwise, it'll be $7. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
