Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a mistake or damage to your order.
If something's wrong with your order
If your print or frame arrives damaged or includes incorrect details (like a wrong name, time, or broken frame), we'll make it right.

"The design was great. But for $250 I thought it was come in glare proof glass. It’s hard to hang in an office where we can’t control the lighting. Also, there was a disclaimer I didn’t notice before about it not being endorsed by the military. Like we need that on a piece of art? Seemed silly. You pick your race, enter your runner's name and the year they ran, and then we go find their results and add it to your personalized design. It arrives printed, framed, and ready to hang.
Prints are delivered 7 to 10 days after you order. If you order before race day, it ships 7 to 10 days after your results are posted.
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. Otherwise, it's $7. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

By default we pull your official finish time, pace, and bib number straight from the race results, so all we need is your name and the year you ran. You can also enter them yourself.
If for whatever reason we print the wrong details, we will send a corrected one free of charge.
We offer 8x10 (desk size), 12x18 (wall size, our best seller), and 16x24 (large wall size). Each comes unframed or framed in Natural Oak or Black Oak.
