When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed on race day and delivered within 7-9 days.
Can I order before the race happens?
Yes, if you order before the race and we'll wait to process the order until the official results are reported (typically the day of the race or the next day).
What is the return policy?
If you aren't happy with your order please DM us on IG (@trackstar_art) and we will sort out a refund for you.
What if I don't want my time on it?
Simply leave the words "NO TIME" after your name in the Personalization field and we will take the time off your poster.
If you want your watch time instead of official time, please leave the time you want listed after your name in the Personalization field.
What happens if something is spelled wrong?
If we get the name, time, or bib wrong-we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked.
Do you have an option for the half marathon?
It depends on the race. For some races we have a separate design for the half-marathon. If you don't see a product photo for a half-marathon option, we likely don't have it. DM us @trackstar_art on Instagram to confirm.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all US orders. International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
