Shipping Times Prints are delivered 7-10 days after you order. If you order before race day, your print is delivered 7-10 days after the official results are posted.
Because each print is personalized and made to order, shipping times can vary with order volume.
Returns Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a mistake or damage to your order.
If something's wrong with your order
If we get the name, time, or bib wrong, we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked. If your print or frame arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement right away, and you don't need to ship anything back.
Just send us a message within 7 days of delivery with:
A clear photo showing the issue or the damaged product
If it arrived damaged, a clear photo of the shipping label (we need this to file a claim)
If your order arrived damaged, please keep the original packaging and shipping label until your claim has been reviewed.

You pick your race, enter your runner's name and the year they ran, and then we go find their results and add it to your personalized design. It arrives printed, framed, and ready to hang.
How long does it take to arrive?
Prints are delivered 7-10 days after you order. If you order before race day, your print is delivered 7-10 days after the official results are posted.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders of $100 or more. Otherwise, it's $7. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I order before race day?
Yes. Order any time and we will pull your results as soon as they are published, then get your print made right away.
How do you get my race stats?
By default we pull your official finish time, pace, and bib number straight from the race results, so all we need is your name and the year you ran. You can also enter them yourself.
What if you get the information wrong?
If we get the name, time, or bib wrong, we'll remake or refund it, no questions asked. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We offer 8x10 (desk size), 12x18 (wall size, our best seller), and 16x24 (large wall size). Each comes unframed or framed in Natural Oak or Black Oak.
