Because every Trackstar print is made to order and personalized with your race details, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a mistake or damage to your order.

Prints are delivered 7 to 10 days after you order. If you order before race day, it ships 7 to 10 days after your results are posted.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. Otherwise, it's $7. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes. Order any time and we will pull your results as soon as they are published, then get your print made right away.

By default we pull your official finish time, pace, and bib number straight from the race results, so all we need is your name and the year you ran. You can also enter them yourself.

If for whatever reason we print the wrong details, we will send a corrected one free of charge.

We offer 8x10 (desk size), 12x18 (wall size, our best seller), and 16x24 (large wall size). Each comes unframed or framed in Natural Oak or Black Oak.
